• Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
• Failure of the vacuum mechanism under normal use
• Defective seals or lids

What's not covered

• Normal wear and tear, scratches, and cosmetic damage
• Damage from misuse, drops, or improper cleaning
• Products purchased from unauthorized resellers

How to claim

Contact us via the contact page with your order number and a short description (and photos) of the issue. Approved claims will receive a free replacement.
